The Corporation was formed on March 31, 2005 and is a Delaware Corporation

Substantial funds and effort were invested in creating a unique web site in English and Spanish.

A first hand experience 20 years previously, while sailing his sloop in the Virgin Islands in 1984, led Capt. Peter L. Richards, President; to subsequently, seek a new and more profitable future for Avionex/USA in Renewable Wind Energy.

The president's computer systems integration and engineering background combined with careful research into wind generators many years earlier while seeking to develop a Wind Turbine Energy Farm on Culebra Island in the Caribbean; combined with lengthy discussions with the US Department of Energy, was very valuable in coming to the realization at that time that the 50KW energy output of Wind Turbines back then, were inadequate in terms of the annual production income needed to build a successful Wind Farm in Culebra, Puerto Rico's off-shore island, just north of Vieques..

Current technology Mid-sized 800KW and large 1.5MW Wind turbines with more powerful modular technology could in fact, create the revenue stream needed by the company for rapid, profitable growth.

A new company invention design based on storing wind energy is currently in development using the production of hydrogen and container sized batteries as storage alternatives or using the hydrogen to drive a sub-system generator also connected to the grid.

The company is a founding member of the New Jersey Wind Group Committee, which has brought it excellent potential marketing information, and a constant flow of new information concerning NJ's renewable energy incentive programs.

Prior to Avionex/USA Corporation,Capt. Richards had been Founder (1980) and President of Mega/Net Corporation for 27 years in New Jersey, designing, integrating, engineering, assembling and installing Middle-market RealTime Telecommunications based Operations Management Systems in Europe, the Caribbean, and the North Eastern United States,

All major Banks in Puerto Rico were CSPR's customers utilizing proprietary, On-Line Branch profitability Analysis software offered by his company, along with Global Network Engineering and auditing applications offered on-line by CSPR on its T-3 Circuits from San Juan... to giant General Electric's computers in Bethesda, Maryland, provided reliably to the Engineering and Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico for 6 years.

Technology Disciplines applied in fact finding of all development applications to be implemented, their respective Data Dictionary requirements leading to accurate definition of all project facets for the daily guidance of all World-wide personnel, to reach project objectives on time and within budget. Standards imposed include Systems Specs for programming development, multi-level testing of programming code to ensure correction of problems starting at subroutine level, while continuing testing at the module and application levels for shortened debug cycles.

Researched Wind Farm Feasibility on Culebra Island (West of St.Thomas in V.I)-in 1986 Got offer of DOE grant (250k)t with Wind data from DOE and Lincoln Laboratory (However, Available Wind Turbines not large enough at that time to justify balance of investment.)

Corporate Finance Hands on experience: Turning Around Failing Companies

In widely disparate areas of the business spectrum, two deteriorated Companies with failing finances & sales, were struggling with chaotic, uncontrolled operations. I assumed total responsibility for a turnaround in each case, restoring profitability to two loss ridden distribution firms(one in Caribbean), was successful respectively in 5 Months in the first case... and a few years later, in 7 Months for the second project. Transformed them into solid, profitable companies.
