If your credit is O.K., then SBA is a great source through SBA Preferred Status Lenders in your particular State. They will probably be willing to offer you a 10 year Equipment loan under their 7(a) program. We have been processing SBA loans for several years and we are experts in placing SUCH LOANS! (Maximum per loan is 2 million USD.)

Depreciation for the first year of the loan is 100% so all (100%) of the income monies you receive in the first year are sheltered by the Depreciation, and are 100% Tax free, depending on the extent of the incentives in your state, when combined with those of the Dept. of Energy and the federal Government and so, you may not have to pay any income tax in the first year.

Install price and foundation work for the 57M ( 194 ft.) tower is between $90,000 to $156,000 and takes about 20 days and a separate 2-3 day crane rental, (typically about 350 ft in size). Commissioning is 5- 9 days , overseen on site by our project management, at no charge to your company.
